About Us

The Candle Quencher® is the invention of two women who loved burning candles but hated the smell and smoke that lingered in the air whenever they blew out the candles. No product on the market seemed to correct this. The traditional candle snuffer extinguished the flame but the smoke was always there.

They resolved to find a solution to this problem and worked for one year perfecting the Candle Quencher. The unexpected result of the unique design of the Candle Quencher was that it eliminated ALL of the unpleasant aspects of burning candles. It is the best home product to emerge in years. The Candle Quencher is to candles what a corkscrew is to wine bottles; you can't enjoy one without the other.
